Order Statuses

• New: The order has just been created.

• Queued: The order is pending for processing. Usually this status takes 10-15 minutes.

• In Production: The order is in the production process. During this stage, orders go through our backend, are processed by customer support officers, and are produced at the manufacturing facilities.

• Shipped: The order has been produced, packed, and sent to the customer. Shipment tracking information is available in this status.
